Am I lying when I say Teyanna Taylor is MILF body goals! But the reality is, I don’t have nobody snatching Chick-fil-A or pizza out my mouth before I eat it! It’s normal to look a few months pregnant after having your baby. It’s normal to have loose skin, stretch marks, discoloration, and a funny shaped belly button 🥴
Some tips for that SnapBack
1. BREASTFEED or PUMP
2. Get moving! This summer it’ll be weekly tennis practice for me 🎾
3. Eat a more plant based/less meat diet
4. Drink lots of water 💦
5. Invest in a quality waist trainer 🤸🏽♀️
